Located east of Baldwin, this small deck plate girder bridge crosses an unnamed branch of the Rush River near the intersection of US-12 and 220th Street.
Built in 1913, the bridge was originally built for three tracks. While the bridge was originally built for three tracks, the northernmost span was removed between 1945 and 1980, according to aerial imagery.
Utilizing a standard design, the bridge features a single deck girder span, set onto stone substructures. The northern remaining track has a ballasted deck, while the southern track is an open deck structure.
The northern track was originally used for a siding, and was numbered Bridge #374A. The second mainline (middle) track was removed in 1962, and the span now serves as an access road.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair to good condition, with no significant deterioration noted.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
